This is very much true. I am quiet for the most part and I am a good listener. I am the most reliable person I know and do try my hardfest to keep promises I make. I do seem reserved and have been told I am extremely down to earth.

In management positions, they are very task-oriented - they make sure that things are well done; however, they do not have a great deal of interest in personal contacts at work.
The second sentence is very accurate; it speaks to my stubbornness. I am organized and believe in rules and having order. They decrease the chances of chaos. While I am currently unemployed, I have to disagree with the last line. I think I would have interest with my coworkers, but I can't say if it's true or not since I do not work, yet.
In relationships too, Reliable Realists are reliability itself. As partners, they are faithful and consistent, well-balanced and sensible. Security and stability are very important to them. They have little time for extravagances and flightiness. Whoever has them as friend or partner can rely on them for a lifetime. However, it takes quite a while for Reliable Realists to enter into a relationship or friendship. They have little need for social contacts; they therefore take great care when choosing partners and friends and limit themselves to a small but exclusive circle which meets their high demands. They tend to show their closeness to people who are important to them by deeds - their partner should rather not expect romantic declarations of love.
You know what's strange? I do enjoy being alone and sometimes I do feel as though I can survive without friends (I am extremely grateful for the amazing ones I have though). I do believe if I was friendless, it wouldn't be the end of my world. It does take a while for me to warm up to people but once we're friends, it's BFFs for life (haha).
